This "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between you and Interfly Data Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website, mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as "Apps" or "our App"), and any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that include these Terms (collectively referred to as "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should cease accessing or using the Services.

Eligibility

By using this Service, you warrant that: (a) you are at least 16 years old or of the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, (b) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, (c) the information you provide to us is accurate and truthful, and (d) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Privacy Policy

Please carefully review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information when you access, visit, or use the Services. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms, and by agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our processing of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Plus Membership Subscription

1. Subscription Services:

Health Way VIP offers continuous weekly (1 week), monthly (1 month), and annual (1 year) subscriptions.

2. Pricing:

The pricing follows the VIP application information, such as the continuous monthly subscription priced at $9.99 for the first month, followed by $9.99 per month thereafter.

3. Payment:

Subscriptions are managed by the user. After the user confirms the purchase and payment, the amount will be charged to their iTunes account.

4. Renewal:

The Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the expiration of the current period. Once the payment is successfully processed, the subscription period will be extended for another cycle.

5. Canceling the Subscription:

To cancel the subscription, open the "Settings" on your iPhone -> go to "iTunes & App Store" -> click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click on "Subscriptions", and select "Health Way" to cancel the subscription. If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws;

Violate or encourage others to violate any rights of a third party, including infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property rights;

Interfere with the security features of the Services, including: (i) disabling or circumventing features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content, or (ii) reverse engineering or attempting to discover the source code of any portion of the Services except as expressly permitted by applicable law;

Engage in any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any individual or entity, falsely claiming affiliation, or accessing any other Services account without authorization.

Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution

These Terms contain provisions governing the resolution of claims between you and the Company, including an obligation to arbitrate disputes. This requires you to submit claims against us to binding and final arbitration, limiting your ability to bring claims against us in a court of law.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms, and sometimes we may provide additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification). By continuing to access or use the Services after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
