By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Subscription Services:
Cardiac Care VIP offers continuous weekly (1 week), and annual (1 year) subscriptions.
Pricing:
The pricing follows the VIP application information, such as the continuous monthly subscription priced at $6.99 for the first week, followed by $6.99 per week thereafter.
Payment:
Subscriptions are managed by the user. After the user confirms the purchase and payment, the amount will be charged to their iTunes account.
Renewal:
The Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the expiration of the current period. Once the payment is successfully processed, the subscription period will be extended for another cycle.
Canceling the Subscription:
To cancel the subscription, open the "Settings" on your iPhone -> go to "iTunes & App Store" -> click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click on "Subscriptions", and select "Cardiac Care" to cancel the subscription. If the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew.
Services:
Health Rewards VIP offers half-year, one-year membership services. If users meet the requirements of Health Rewards, they will be given Amazon gift cards of equivalent value.
Pricing:
The pricing follows the VIP application information. For example, the half-year Health Rewards membership is priced at $59.9, and the one-year Health Rewards membership is priced at $99.9.
Payment:
Health Rewards membership requires a one-time payment. After users confirm the purchase and make the payment, the fee will be deducted from their iTunes accounts.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
Violating or encouraging others to infringe on any third party’s rights, including infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s privacy rights or intellectual property.
Interfering with the security features of the Services, including:
3.1 Disabling or limiting features of the Application, including copying any content.
3.2 Engaging in reverse engineering or attempting to discover the source code of any part of the Services.
3.3 llegally stealing data from the platform.
Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting affiliation, or accessing any other service account.
These Terms contain provisions for the resolution of claims between you and the company, including a requirement to arbitrate disputes. This means you must submit claims against us to binding arbitration, limiting your ability to bring claims in court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If the Terms are changed, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Terms, and at times we may provide additional notice (such as by adding a statement or sending you a notification). By continuing to access or use the Services after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
